I need to manually edit some cookies in IE 7 to do some testing. Firefox has decent CookieEditor plugins available. Have you used any reliable cookie editors for IE?
In Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and then select Internet options. Select the Privacy tab, and under Settings, select Advanced and choose whether you want to accept, block, or be prompted for first-party and third-party cookies.
Check cookies in Internet Explorer 11 (IE11)Press green “play” button (green triangle) in top left corner of console window. Next, refresh browser window (press F5), and check url in list. On chosen url, click “DETAILS”. In DETAILS you can see which cookies are assigned to chosen URL.
To do this, just click on "Add to Google Chrome™" button below, this opens the download page for Cookie Editor on Chrome Web Store. Then click on "Add to Chrome" at the top-right to start downloading and installing. Once app is installed, just launch Cookie Editor from the extension toolbar or context menu.
# Edit a cookieThe Name, Value, Domain, Path, and Expires / Max-Age fields are editable. Double-click a field to edit it.
Here. (It's not just for viewing, you can use it to edit). I am a big fan of nirsoft, really great software.
