I was wondering are there any ways to capture the AppleWatch screen. I'm aware that you can capture iPhone screen with QuickTime screen recoding function, but it's absent for the watch.
Plus, if anyone knows - are there any easy ways to add a watch template to the video?

Click the red "Record" button to capture videos on Mac. Click the desktop area to capture whole screen or drag the mouse in order to select a customized area for recording. To stop the recording, click the “Stop” button or press “Command + Control + Esc”. Pros and cons of the method:
To find your screenshot, go to the Photos app on your iPhone, tap the Albums tab, then tap Screenshots. You can turn on screenshots for an Apple Watch that you've set up for a family member: Open the Settings app on your family member's Apple Watch. Tap General, then tap Screenshots. Turn on Enable Screenshots.
