Can't get into Google Analytics without going into incognito

When I try to access analytics.google.com in standard Chrome browser, I get this error:

Missing permissions You do not have access to the account, property, or view. Contact an Analytics administrator who has the Manage Users permission. enter image description here

If I use incognito, I can get in just fine.

Tried clearing Cache and cookies, no help.

Any thoughts on what the problem is?

Does Incognito mode block Google Analytics?

Google has clarified in the court filing that “incognito” does not mean “invisible” and that a user's activity during a session on Incognito mode means that the session will be visible to the websites they visit and also any third-party analytics or ad services that the website uses.

Why I cant open Google Analytics?

Go to options and click "show adds on web or domain", add the the domain https://www.google.com/analytics/ and that should fix it. Show activity on this post. Clear your cache and disable any plugins that might be interfering. This should be the first thing to try!!

How do I access Google Analytics without login?

Go to https://www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount and select "use my current email address instead." After this, you will have to verify your email, and you can then use this email address to access Google Analytics.

Try disabling your Chrome extensions. In my case uBlock was causing this issue.

The funny thing is : this is solved by restarting chrome. if not you can try to restart your PC (assuming you don't have any other blocking chrome plugins).
