Can i use visual source safe with visual studio 2013 ?
I can only see GIT and Team Foundation ...

From its inception, SourceGear Vault was designed and built for users migrating from Microsoft Visual SourceSafe. Vault combines the ease-of-use and intuitive design of SourceSafe with a reliable, robust architecture based on modern technology.
The final version of the product, Visual SourceSafe 2005, retired from mainstream support on 10 July 2012 with extended support ending on 11 July 2017.
I found the solution :
Tools->Options->Source Control->Plug-in Selection and change the plug in to the Visual SourceSafe.
Adding a solution to source control will launch the old VSS.
I haven't seen an answer for this question so i'd leave the question for others who stumble upon it.

You should note that SourceSafe has a long list of problems and annoyances. Why don't you migrate to something more stable like TFS, Subversion, or Git?
