I got the 1803 update yesterday and realized today that I got an error on Bitvise SSH.
I have multiple VPS, I get the same error.
This the error message I received:
The SSH2 session has terminated with error. Reason: Error in component session/transport/kexHandler. Error class: Flow, code: ComponentException, message: Exception in component: Windows CNG (x86) with additions: AsymKey: CngAgree: unexpected secretData->cbStruct.
If you have an older version of Bitvise SSH Server (or an even older WinSSHD) and wish to upgrade to the latest one, download the new installer from our website and execute it on the machine where your previous SSH server version is installed.
Bitvise software does not use Log4j, and does not interact with it.
Bitvise SSH Client is used to initiate connections to SSH servers. It is usually used interactively, so it will only run when a user runs it, but it can also be launched unattended to run scripted commands or file transfers, or to maintain an SSH connection for port forwarding.
I fixed this by upgrading my Bitvise SSH client from 7.27 to version 7.41.
Updating to the latest version of Bitvise SSH Client helped me fixed this issue.
(from version 7.39 to 7.45)
