I'm looking for a very simple tool to monitor the bandwidth of all my applications. No need for extra features like traffic spying, I'm just interested by bandwidth.
I already know Wireshark (which is great), but what I'm looking for is more something like TcpView (great tool from Sysinternals) with current bandwidth indication.
PS: I'm interested by Windows tools only

What is the easiest way to monitor bandwidth per interface? The easiest way to monitor your bandwidth and other elements of your network is through the Pan(w) achrome extension for chrome.
A speed test can be run to see if an ISP is throttling bandwidth. Speed tests measure the speed between a device and a test server using a device's internet connection. ISPs offer speed tests on their own websites, and independent tests are also available from services such as Speedtest.
Zabbix is an open-source free network monitoring tool that combines network, server, cloud, application, and services monitoring into one unified solution. Zabbix uses SNMP and IPMP to monitor your network. The autodiscovery feature automatically locates network devices and adds them to be monitored.
Try NetLimiter, which is great for that and also allows you to limit bandwidth usage so that you can test your app in reduced bandwidth scenarios.
