Asp.Net difference between doPostBack & DoPostBackWithOptions

In Asp.Net what is the difference between _doPostBack & DoPostBackWithOptions, In what scenario _doPostback & DoPostBackWithOptions will be used ?

DoPostBackWithOptions is for MS Ajax/Ajax Control Toolkit ie:Using UpdatePanels...etc
