Are there any other languages besides English or cultures, that append suffixes to Arabic Numerals such as 1^st or 2^nd?

Do other cultures/locales use the English suffixes?

For instance, the French would say 1^er,2^e

In Klingon you add "DIch" to the number, apparently, to represent ordinality.
