For my app it makes no sense to have the current time on the right corner of the screen and the black status bar as well.
Is there any way to corner this?

Theater mode prevents the Apple Watch display from turning on when you raise your wrist, so it stays dark. It also turns on silent mode and makes your Walkie-Talkie status unavailable, but you still receive haptic notifications. Touch and hold the bottom of the screen, swipe up to open Control Center, tap.
The Photos watch face option doesn't allow the time to be removed. However, you can move the time to different positions. All of the Apple Watch faces do show the time, but many of them have an option for a traditional (rather than digital) clock, superimposed on an informational background.
Touch and hold the bottom of the watch face, then swipe up to open Control Center. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
There isn't an API for controlling the visibility of the status bar in WatchKit.
