Android Studio not showing SDK Manager Option in the Tools Menu

In Android Studio when I select the Tools Option, The SDK Manager Option is not shown.

Also, when I search for SDK Manager using the Search Option it shows the SDK Manager Option, but when i click on it nothing happens.

So, what should I do to install new packages from the SDK Manager.

To open the SDK Manager from Android Studio, click Tools > SDK Manager or click SDK Manager in the toolbar. If you're not using Android Studio, you can download tools using the sdkmanager command-line tool.

How do I fix SDK tools folder is missing?

Quick fix: Go to the Tools –> SDK manager –> SDK tools. Deselect Hide obsolete packages option on the right bottom and further install Android SDK Tools(obsolete). A new folder named Tools is now generated in the SDK directory.

Go to Menu bar click -> View button and Select -> Toolbar
