I just create a new Project in the android studio and add gcm module to it.
and I keep giving this error message
Error:Connection timed out: connect. If you are behind an HTTP proxy, please configure the proxy settings either in IDE or Gradle.
and I do not use any proxy.
can anyone help me about this?

now after rebuild my project i give this error

Related. A server connection timeout means that a server is taking too long to reply to a data request made from another device. Timeouts are not a reply message: they show up when there isn't a reply and a server request is not fulfilled in a predetermined length of time.
Wipe Cache Partition Then, simultaneously press and hold the “Power key + Home key + Volume up button.” Leave the Power key when the phone vibrates, but still hold the rest of the two. Then, you should see the “Android recovery screen.” Here, use the “Volume Down button” to select the “Wipe Cache Partition.”
Just try Invalidate Caches.. Goto File->Invalidate Caches/Restart->Choose "Invalidate and Restart".
