Recently, Apple began allowing the creation of promo-codes for in-app subscriptions. I know Android allows promo codes for one-time in-app purchases, But I do not know if Android allows promo codes for in-app subscriptions.
For example, I know I can offer promo codes for a one-time in-app purchase like an in-game currency. But can I offer promo codes for subscriptions like, say, Tinder Plus.
I'm reading about Android subscriptions here, and about promo-codes here, but nowhere does it discuss promo-codes for subscriptions.

Once a user has a promo code, they can redeem it in one of the following ways: In your app: The user can initiate the purchase by clicking the down arrow next to the form of payment in the Google Play purchase screen and then clicking the Redeem link to type in the code.
Sign in to your Google Ads account. , and under “Billing,” select Promotions. On the "Promotions" page, you'll see all promotional codes added to your Google Ads account and the related amounts and statuses, including the following: “Active”: Reward associated with coupon has been granted.
Simple answer for this one: No.
I just tried it out for you and and received the following message when clicking Get
Subscriptions aren't eligible for promotions.
