Anyone know what could it be? Thanks for any help.
To start Device Monitor: From Android Studio, choose Tools > Android Device Monitor or click the Android Device Monitor icon .
You just need to go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\tools\lib\monitor-x86_64 and double click the file monitor. click 'Ok', 'Ok' and 'Ok' and restart the cmd window if you had it opened and type 'monitor' and it should open the monitor as well.
If you are on windows try opening your Android Studio in Administrative Mode (Run as administrator)
