I cant`t find transfer funds link in google admob, my balance more than 50 $ and my payment information fully filled, but i can not transfer funds. Help please. Where can I find it?

Entering your bank account informationIn the left navigation panel, click Payments. Click Add payment method. Choose the radio button for “Wire transfer to bank account” and click Continue. Enter your bank account information and click Confirm and continue.
Some AdMob accounts without any activity, data, or payment information on file have been deactivated without the option to restore. If you'd like to use AdMob, you can open a new AdMob account with the same email address.
Each user may only have one AdMob account at any given time.Duplicate accounts aren't allowed. If you have more than one AdMob account, you'll need to decide which account to keep, and then cancel the extra account(s).
Sign in to your AdMob account at https://apps.admob.com. Click Payments. In the How you get paid section, click Add payment method. Follow the on-screen instructions to choose your form of payment and save your changes.
You want to transfer to your account/paypal? if this is the case admob will only transfer funds > 100$ on the next month. No button/link is needed.
