I'm trying to use Sendkeys for Ctrl+Shift+B but

.Sendkeys ("^+B")

is not working.

Try creating a Keys object:

Dim keyObj As Selenium.Keys
Set keyObj = New Selenium.Keys
bot.SendKeys keyObj.Control & keyObj.Shift & "B"
