I have been many things in the past 15 years ranging from a Web developer, dev tester to middleware developer.
For the past several years, my bread and butter has been working on a routing engine as a CTI extension to Avaya, Cisco and Genesys telephony switches by adding features, debugging problems and designing application modules.
