I love solving problems in a creative and efficient manner. Software development is my way of doing this. My experience in the field has spanned a large swath of roles, yet I've been able to maintain balance; distributing equal parts towards leading others to solve problems pragmatically and personally developing the solutions. To me, learning with teaching is a foundational element of good software development.
