Bioinformaticist and soon to be Systems Biologists. I primarily focus on sequence analysis and genome assembly as it relates to microbiomes. Computationally I specialize in automated workflows, automated analysis pipelines, and software implementation using Apache Spark deployed on distributed clusters.

My main focus however has shifted towards biological questions rather than software problems.
