During the day I am a commercial lead developer coding C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC with Entity Framework, Unity (IoC/DI), Unit testing, DDD, Docker, Event Sourcing + CQRS, and Roslyn (compilation as a service). SOLID / Pragmatic advocate.

During the evening I code Neural Networks in javascript (jquery/requirejs/underscore/angular) with Node.js backend and assist in commercial and academic artificial intelligence projects. I have a PhD in Dynamic Neural Networks (2003) and several publications. I have applied artificial intelligence techniques in my day job (both 9-5 and freelance) and continue to work with smaller tech incubators on the validation and improvement of algorithms.

I also enjoy roleplaying games, specializing in free ones.
