I am a Scala developer with a Java history. I am the founder or developer of several open-source projects, such as MacWire, Supler, Hibernate Envers, ElasticMQ and Veripacks. Apart from writing closed- and open-source software, I am interested in improving the way we use functional and object-oriented programming.

When not coding, I enjoy spending time with my family and hiking in the mountains.
