How to get params in twig file

Question

how can i use $_GET params in TWIG file like using PHP and alerting with JS.

URI-> ?comment=added...

in TWIG,

    if($_GET['comment'] == "added"){
     ...echo '<script>alert("in TWIG file!");</script>';
    }
