Any Android tablet with the NEON instruction set?

I am interested in the unofficial port of VLC for Android with NEON instructions:

Even if Android smartphones with the NEON instruction set do exist, I have not been able to spot any NEON-powered Android tablet. Is there any such Android table available for sale in Europe?

To be exact, it's the 7inch Galaxy Tab.

The newer, 10.1 inch version features Tegra2 which is NEON-less.

I would avoid purchasing any device with Tegra anyway.

What is nVidia thinking, omitting NEON on a Coretext based CPU? That sucks.
